A Country Day Out for Everyone
Gunbower Harness Racing Club’s once-a-year December meeting brings the community together at the Gunbower Harness Racing Track for an exciting twilight of harness racing, country hospitality and local entertainment.
The 2026 event is on Sunday 13 December, with gates opening at 2:30pm and race times to be announced.
Entry is free, with plenty to enjoy for all ages, including wildlife experiences, face painting, food trucks, barbecues, bars and specialty events.
Watch the first Fashions on the Field, join the fun of the Gunny Golden Mile foot race and test your aim in the annual gumboot throw competition.
Everyone is welcome to bring their family, celebrate the end of the year and make it a memorable Christmas or work gathering.
